Kate is crafty by nature. She was a little girl when art called to her and she quickly realized that make-up was her path. Starting out with a beginning make-up kit and a few books, Kate taught herself fx, make-up, and hair. Through high school and college she worked on many theatrical productions, building her skill-set. Upon graduating, Kate promptly moved to LA to attend the Master’s Make-up Program at Make-up Designory. Since then she has been consistently and passionately working in the LA area as a freelance make-up artist in film, TV, commercials, print, and music videos. She is a member of the Make-up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Local 706.
